365 Days to Transform My Life

“I am 25 years old, married with a one month old little girl. I’ve been overweight my entire life, but not completely out of shape. I still go to the gym and and fairly active. I want to devote this next year to changing my habits and losing 100lbs. Right now, I am 6′1″ and 335lbs”. – Matt T

Happy day to you Matt! It’s a glorious time to be alive and well! I want to first THANK YOU for investing the energy and being committed to your own strength and power with TRANSFORMATION. It’s not often when a H.E.R.O (Having Every Reason to Overcome) such as yourself takes the initiative but i’m glad you did.

You’re on the right track by staying active and going to the gym, however you need to CLEARLY QUANTIFY your newly found devotion.

  • How much weight do you desire to lose?
  • What do you VISUALIZE yourself looking like at the end?
  • Are you doing this for YOU or for your Family? Perhaps both?
  • What resources do you currently have? What equipment do you need?
  • What is your budget?

These are questions I offer my clients who wish to see a BIG CHANGE in their lives. People who have scoliosis and are afraid to go to the gym, middle aged men who are tired of being out of shape and are committed to change, young men in their teens and early 20’s who want to be BIGGER, STRONGER, FASTER but the only thing that has made the difference is TRUTHFULLY defining what it is they want.

You’re giving yourself I believe the year of 2017 to MAKE AN IMPACT. Take the 5 bullet points i’ve offered you and do your homework, write down each answer and leave it in your room or anywhere you can see it EACH AND EVERY DAY you wake up and go to sleep. The next step after this is to find two things, a nutrition program and exercise program, to help you achieve your goals. There are plenty of programs out there, many of them free but few will give you EXACTLY what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a great starting point and aren’t afraid of hard work, like pushing yourself physically and mentally and love lifting heavy things, please feel free to reach out to me so I can help identify your goals and offer the exact resources you need to become a stronger version of yourself.

Keep growing stronger,
